Introduction

The idea of creating this blog appeared in my mind today. I am 30 years old girl and the last few months I noticed changes in my body. Not good changes. I would like to introduce some healthy changes in my life style. I hope writing  this blog will motivate me and help me to stay focused and strong to achieve my goal. I do not know how to write this blog. E.g should I sum up every day and write what good I have done for myself and what was not that good? What is more I would like to write some interviews with health experts like GPs, professional hairdressers  or even my friends. If you have any ideas and suggestions how to write this blog please let me know in comments. That's it for now. Tomorrow is first day of my new healthy lifestyle.Oh yeah! :)
